 Sounds like a strange problem. What type of searches do you do? Dare I suggest the basic, but if you select audio type search in the search criteria in the search pane, then you will most likely only receive back audio files in your search results. If you want video, select the Video search tab, etc. For a general search select Any Type. The following image shows the different search tabs. At present the Any Type search is selected.  |
