That's normal for Downloads.dat & bak to remain in incomplete folder (these are your dwnlds prefs & should not be moved!) Once a file has completed dwnlding LW will move it from the incomplete folder to your LW dwnld folder. If your docs are blank, then try drag & drop onto expander.
