 Damn use 4.8 you'll get uploads! If you connect to more UP that means you get exposed to more searches but as soon as your uploads slots are full, people will be frustrated because they can't download from you. It is highly probable that LW prefers downloading from uptodate LW than 2 1/2 years old LW!!! Got it?
