TMPGEnc should probably give the option of output size when you encode it. I don't know but I'm guessing it should. If not, you should re-encode the original at a lower quality or bit-rate. If it is just over 700 MB, then 'some' burners & burner programs will allow overburning which allows a little xtra to be burnt. But it's not always recommended. And not all set top players might be able to read the last part. |
