 descending download hey all....just the Subject. it has almost happend to me 20 times...i'm not a newbie,nor a end-user .... when i'm downloading something,it begins descending....once i was nearly 98% of a 700MB file-yeah,movie-suddenly it Went 20%,and next time it was 0% what's wrong?what should i do to prevent it?  |
