xp sp2 limits the number of open connections you can have, but that doesn't play a huge part in this... it's your isp... yeah... i think this was already covered during the weekend. you can do your best to fool your isp, but i dunno how much is possible. i've got the same problem, but i'm not too worried about limewire speeds.
