 Downloading at 1kb/s hi i've read most of the stickies but i just cant boost my speed. I'm running on Singnet 3500, meaning my supposed speed is at 3500 but for some unknown reasons, im downloading files at 1kb/sec. I have a laptop at home and when i connect it to my neighbour's internet (different isp) and download the same file, i get up to 30kb/secs while mine remains at 1kb/sec. help please?  |
