@ Lacey. Try to call them back and ask if they could be a little less extreme with the curbing. Be nice when talking to them, yelling will get you on 0 KB/s They chance of them allowing full access is very very slim, but they could let you have a bit more speed if you promise to not download 24/7. Always worth a shot.

sleepless..I get the same messages for songs also ie: awaiting sources, need more sources, waiting on busy hosts. Thanks for the suggestion...I will try that and see what they say...its worth a try!

Hi all,

Just wanted to say thanks 4 all the help...and I called my ISP Source Cable...they will not budge so I decided to dl LW at home and it works great. And Sleepless thanks for the suggestion on searching but my problem was only to do with my ISP slowing P2P speeds. Thanks again,
