LimeWire Pro

Here is the link that I was given by Customer Service:
***** - I downloaded the program right from the LimeWire web site but I didn't get Pro so I called and contacted Customer Service who fixed everything up for me. So it is legit for sure. I need to be able to get intouch with LimeWire again so that I can get this fixed but it won't let me in and I was wondering what I could do so that I don't have to pay $18.88 again.
