I purchased Limewire Pro on Sept. 1, 2005. I had to have my computer repaired last week and all of my programs were lost. I went to the link that Lime Pro sent me and now it doesn't recognize my e-mail address. I have the correspondence that they sent me using that same address. Now I have to repurchase the program to be able to download it again. I know that $20.00 isn't much but I don't have money to throw around like that and I shouldn't have to. I even have the name of the fellow who helped me with the program when I bought it. Do any of you know what I can do to solve the problem???
