 It sounds like a virus. Run your anti-virus program. Have you read through this thread? WARNING: Viruses on network you should be aware of! There's a link in there to NorbiesWorld. Follow that link if you need help getting rid of it. From your other posts your only 14. Maybe you should ask someone to help you ie parents, brother, sister ect  .
