| Hi RaeRae, Hits is the number of times your file has shown up in some elses search results. Uploads shows the completed uploads / attempts. Unless your firewalled your files should be available for upload. Could be nobody has tried to get them. To convert a file you will need a program to do it with. You could try this one here: SUPER v2006 Build 19 Or try this site: http://www.videohelp.com/. It has links to everything but looks a little intimidating.
