 I couldn't find anything to say that Cebridge are definitely traffic shaping but if you have a look at their Acceptable Use Policy http://www.cebridge.net/cebridge/ctl...bout_us/aus.vm it does say that they'll take action if a customer's using too much bandwidth. Give their help desk a call & find out exactly what their policy is for p2p use  You might find some more info on Google (I just had a very quick look)... search for Cebridge Cable traffic shaping, or Cebridge cable p2p... something like that!  |
