Default Nothing Works!

I've been using Limewire for months now and suddenly I can't download a thing. My internet is fast, my connection to the network is strong.. what the heck happened. I checked in the options area and all is normal... What happens is when I try to download something it doesn't even start, it waits like a minute and says it needs more sources "EVERYTHING I TRY TO DOWNLOAD IS DOING THIS". I know sometimes it happens but everything? If click on find sources it just does the same thing over and over again. Any help is appreciated!

If this is really happening with everything (have you tried to download a really old song/movie from a cable/dsl or even a modem source?), you could try deleting the LW preferences folder. Do this when LW's fully closed, or it won't work Instructions below (points 2 & 3)

Unhappy I'm having the same problem ...

Nothing works for me either and I have this sinking feeling that Limewire has gone the way of Audiogalaxy *sigh*

Call your ISP and ask if they have introduced anti-P2P procedures because more ISPs are secretly implementing anti-P2P techniques to their networks.

That way they can deliver half a service without cutting their monthly subscriptions.
