 Do a speed test & tell us the results http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest?more=1 If files download slowly from magnetmix, it's not a good sign. Have you used any other p2p apps & if so, were downloads slow? Check out the thread below, it has some info about Platinum (see LOTR's post for links).
