 my isp is called Home Telephone.. you can look them up on the web by searching for Home telephone Moncks Corner SC. It is cable and the slowest one available through their service. Dowloading the magnet file - It started Limewire and started downloading a video file. There was a brick in front of the globe and only 2 bars were highlighted. It shows 1 host and 0kbs.. it never started downloading. Speed Test - There were no speed test available for SC so I did one on PC Pitstop.com: 937 kilobits per second Dowload speed. Test details: 3200 kilobytes downloaded in 27.312 seconds. Receive buffer size: default size. Upload speed: 271 kilobits per second  |
