If you know they're junk then right click them and mark them as junk. If certain words keep comming up in your search results, try adding some of them to your keyword filter and see if that helps.

Do some experimenting, if you add too common of a word it'll limit your search results but you can always remove the word later.

In LW go to Tools>Options>Filters>Keywords, and add or remove words from there. You can also add symbols like $ and _ and anything else you don't want in your search results.
