 Go to Tools>Options>Filters and check first under "Content" whether you have Enable Content Filter marked. If so unmark it and click Apply. Afterwards look at Junk whether the Sensitivity of the Junk Filter is to severe. You might want relax it a bit by moving the slider to the left. Then click Apply again and then OK.
