 Unfortunately not really. You could try looking up the files with Bitzi. See How to use Bitzi Web Lookup. Though music files usually don't get rated but it's a good way to check videos before d/loading. The other thing you can do is preview the file when it's about 15% complete. Then if it has a bunch of static in it you can just cancel the d/load.
