Problems :(

I have the 4.14.3 and I installes it correctly ... i shared 10 GB of music and when I want to download somethingm it find it but when I click on the file or I choose Download or Download as... nothing happens... I can;t see if it's downloading it or not because the download toolbar is empty. Now a week it worked correctly and it was ok... and now I installed windows again ( the same ) and i can't download... why?

Pls help
