we have had the same problem with downloads but only with movies. we can download music just fine tried uninstalling and reinstalling nothing has worked can anyone please help

I have been with LW for 2 years and never had a problem until recently!!!! Now I can connect (No Firewall), and search. When I click to download a song (no matter how many hosts it shows) it says "Connecting". After a bit it says "1 host tried" "2 Hosts tried", and so on all the way through however many hosts has the file I am trying to get. Then it always reverts to "Need More Sources" I have looked and looked for an email addy or phone number to the LimeWire people, and can't find one. All I can find are links to this forum.......HELP!!!!

Try installing PeerGuardian, it will help keep the fake hosts out...Remember to enable PG just before you start limewire up...;)
