It means the port is not blocked that LW is connecting through. Nice speeds. Roughly 440 KB/s download & 53 KB/s upload. Not sure what your speed setting is but I'd recommend a T3 setting. But if you do it will mean your minimum upload setting will be a little more that you have. But that's ok if that's ok with you. I recommend it because you will be able to download from more hosts per file.
Go to LW's Preferences (keyboard shortcut: ⌘ ,) -> Advanced -> Performance & disable Ultrapeer capabilities.
