hey bob, i managed to get rid of the brick wall, in limewire! :idea:

My Windows Xp firewall was turned on when i changed over to my new ISP, they configured some things on my OS and i didn't realise the Xp firewall had been left on!

Once i took the Xp firewall off, no more brick wall left to annoy me! :xirokrotima:


Altho this has still not completley resolved my speed issues, i'm still getting rather slow download speed, considering i am getting 5.5mg down my phone line!

I've decided to invest in a Belkin/Modem router, as my ISP is suggesting, this will fix my speed problems.

Is a new router/modem with ethernet connection likley to improve my speeds?
