I havent been able to download anything in two days.Whats got me bugged is I have a strong connection, at least 3 or 4 uploads going,but I cant get anything to DL.I'm running a 05' dell e510,win xp sp2 media center,avg7.5 free antivirus.any ideas?

I'vetried uninstalling&reinstalling,gone through the options too many times,cant find anything wrong.
