| If you can't help then don't be a pedant. Re-start is an obvious first step. Infact, my laptop is shut down atleast 4 times a week. Secondly, i said re-set NOT re-start ie: can i reset LW settings so it doesn't think it is already downloading this file? Tried to get this file about 6 months ago, cancelled the download and moved to LW Beta. Now when i try to start the torrent, it says it is already downloading this file.... yet it doesn't show it in the monitor screen and nothing is listed in the incomplete directory. Can anyone add anything useful? |

| Hi chbs, I hope someone can come up with a productive solution to this problem as it seems to be very common. I am also experiencing a similar problem with my download attempts saying, Quote:
![]() I am using Limewire Pro v4.17.1 - Java v1.6.0_03 all on Windows XP Pro SR2. I have tried ALL the option changes but nowt is sorted out, nada, no-go, zilch. ![]() You have my sympathy - I know the frustration - I just hope someone can seriously help us, or I am likely to dump this Limewire for good. You have my support, Cheers, Kingfisher. |
