I hate to say it...I have the same problem... and no answer yet... I have deleted the whole program and all residual folders and including registry files, Then reinstalled completely... I had one file to download an incomplete file that would find the network and start downloading as usual... but no search results showing. for any type search... its almost like a file with the command to show the results as viewable is corrupt or there is a block on the ISP for searching results...however that might only be by your ISP provider.
