Please, PLEASE, PLEASE help me!! I am so frustrated that I am about to burst into tears!!!!

We had limewire working PERFECTLY on our computer...when it decided to CRASH and we lost EVERYTHING!!! I have loaded it and unloaded it and loaded it and unloaded it and gone through EVERY SINGLE trouble shooting tip I can find.

It is loaded and I can put in info for a search and at the top it shows the search....and it IS connected and it does NOT say it is behind a firewall...and when I ran the test ( to see if the test was succesful--it was from one your pages...but am not really sure what it was but it did say it was succesful).....but it does NOT DO ANYTHING...the search remains at 0 and nothing, nothing, nothing happens...no messages or anything...I used to (one of the first times I loaded it after the crash) at least get a message that said something about trying to obtain a better connection or something but now I don't even get that.....

I admit that I did NOT read through all of the threads to see if this has been answered and I truly apologize ...but after spending countless hours on this ONE thing...I just couldn't search any more.....if you can help me I have no problem if you delete this message after.

Oh yah!!! I am NOT very computer savvy but can USUALLY figure things out pretty good...no computer talk please. Thanks!
