Default unable to download

Hi,

When I mark items to be downloaded, most of them will be downloaded indeed.
Sometimes there will be messages like " Hosts occupied" etc., which can be dealt with or dissapear automatically.
But sometimes I got the message attached to a file that already may have been downloaded for over 90%: "Unable to download". OK. So what. What does it mean, and more important, what can I do with/about it.
Skip the file and try all over again?
Thanks for help.
