This is an annoying problem and if shuting down LW and then restarting it works that is okay but annoying.

Well this is beyond a joke.

It seems that everytime I have started LW it refuses to resume the downloads I had going when I shut it down.

The only thing I can guess would be the problem is that I am using non-default directories to store temporary files and the completed downloads.

Anyone got any idea how I can fix this?

It is also absolutely inexcusable.

So, I would very strongly suggest that you cease even trying to use LW.
They do NOT deserve your support or business anymore.
