They will remain at zero % until the files actually start redownloading at which time they will show their previous download percentage.

However, if you deleted your download preferences which now are found in the main LW preferences folder (previously in the incomplete folder), called downloads.date & downloads.bak, then LW will not be able to use those older incomplete files at all.

They do NOT show their previous download %. When they restart downloading, they stay at 0%.

I don't think I deleted my download preferences. I don't even know how to access that option. Where is that folder?

Well, if they had previously downloaded any at all, then when they restart downloading they should show a %. Remember what I said however about how some files reserve space on the drive.

The Download preferences files are called Downloads.dat & downloads.bak. Previous to LW 4.18 these were found in the incomplete folder. Now they are stored in the main preferences folder.

They show 0%. And stay at 0% until they hit 1%, 2%, etc.

How do you access the main preferences folder? I have LW 4.18.

Well, you will not be able to change the download prefs anyway. But, http://www.gnutellaforums.com/genera...der-vista.html or other windows see Fixes for Limewire when LW isn't operating as it should - Gnutella Forums & it will point you there.

Check your incomplete folder ... you may find you 'might' be downloading a different one but same item. It's not uncommon to end up with more than one incomplete file copy where LW leaves off & starts another for some odd reason.
