I had version 4.16. I had problems with firewalls. I did everything stated to correct this problem. One day I was behind one, and the next day I wasn't. I decided to uninstall it and download version 4.18. Everything was going fine until step # 5. I left everything the same. When I got to step # 6, I could go no further. Step # 6 didn't have BACK NEXT FINISH CANCEL. Therefore I was unable to complete the installation. Can anyone help me???????????
