 Sounds to me like your ISP have something to do with this, I know AOL can be known for shaping connection speeds....Hence your speed being fine when they sent you to that site for the test... | i talked with AOL and, so i was told, is although they dont support using p2p software, they do not disable using it. I have been with AOL for like 4 years or so, and have always been using p2p, be it Kazaa, Morpheus or Limewire. |
