HI Birdy,
My laptop info is.......

Windows Vista
2.00GB RAM
90BG Hard Disk Space left (160 GB Hard Disk when empty)
Wndows Firewall and Norton Anti-virus(Symantec) Firewall ( both switched off but the brick wall is still present)
Home computer - using wireless connection ( have tried with ethernet cable but makes no difference)
BT ( British Telecom) are my provider
BT HomeHub
The test page said - Test worked
I am not sharing connection with any other computers
I have tried port forwarding ( used port 54069 to and from and listen also) and the default Upnp setting - both delivering the same disappointing results.

The speed test results are as follows........
Download 5871 kb/s
Upload 301 kb/s
ISP: British Telecommunications
Server: London
Ping 64 ms
Distance < 50 mi


Hope this covers everything. It all means nothing to me, I'm afraid! Hope you can help.
