limewire freezing
i downloaded limewire 4.18 operating system is windows xp y firewalls are off but verytime i try to download limewire freezes up to the point i have to shut the computer off and restart again buy it just keeps doing the same thing it will connect and search ok but thats as far as i get

Try the tips here: Reduce the drag caused by LW
To disable ultrapeer capabilities in new versions, tools > options > advanced > performance. While you're there, also disable TLS & DHT capabilities.
