Let LW use gnutella network, and use utorrent for torrents.
As for the file at 99% ... well is it a torrent or gnutella file? If gnutella, then re-search it & see if you find it in search results. If yes, cancel & press download again. That often gets it started again.
For torrents, well perhaps you are not connected to anyone with that final 100% of the file. They might not be online. |
