downloads taking forever! Hello I have just bought a Sony NW-HD3. Unfortunately due to my PC running on Windows 98 i cant use the Apple site to download and many others require the use of a newer(updated?) version of Windows than i have. I signed up for Limewire as it said that i could download tunes with Windows 98. I started a few hours ago now and decided to start by just downloading one tune but the last time i looked this tune was only 13% downloaded! Sorry if im appearing to be alittle ignorant or stupid(or even both) but it shouldnt really take this long to download one song should it?? Is there anything im missing here? Can anybody give me any advice on how to speed up the process using my current software? Thanks HongKongSteve |

2. Furthermore, every forum has rules. See here before posting again: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/announ...?s=&forumid=29 3. Point 3, now the really bad news!!! There is no membership for LW. It's free! See here: HERE (click on link) & also HERE! If I were you I'd cancel the transaction with your bank/credit company asap & tell them it was a scam-site. |
