Set FrostWire on each computer to use different port numbers manually in
Tools/Options/Advanced/Firewall Config Use the same number in both slots on that page for
each one, but make sure your laptop is using a different port number than your desktop.

In the Windows network setup for each computer, go into the properties for the TCP/IP
protocol and change it from automatic setup to manual and lock down the internal IP address
for each computer so they are always the same. Detailed instructions on that are here:

Once you've done both of those things take a closer look at that Westell router to see if it's
model number is in this list and follow the instructions for LimeWire:

If you get this done both computers will be at full speed without a firewall in the way.
