Oops sorry yes that's it. I forgot about the difference with Vista having the Roaming folder.

Redface (embarrassed)

Make sure FrostWire is closed. Then delete the FrostWire preferences folder you find inside the Roaming folder. It's equivalent to the LimeWire location for Vista users: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/genera...der-vista.html

I deleted the whole folder still a no go I'm starting to get really flustered i even downloaded limewire even though i prefer FW and even that seems to have the same problem
