Frost 4,21 4 is OUT

Thanks for notice this too LOTR! Yes I found out as you did and manually added the file for sharing and it did, but for people that do not know that yes they become "LEECHERS" they like it or not...

Thanks gubatron I am sure it is a bug and hopefully you guys can fix this quick, and it is important for the Gnutella network for make it work as it should!!! Btw I do not hate any people or the FW Team! I do not have any reason to do so...
