Yes it's true it's a scary topic but you better be careful what you wish for if you're saying you receive these files "by accident". How is one to know if it's "accident" or intentional?

Downloading it wasn't the smartest idea, you could tell from the title what it probably would be right? I'm not sure why Belgium is relevant here.
