 Did you make an exception for LW in the software firewall? Or reconfigure it?  |

| I'm not quite sure to what you are referring as an "exception" but it occurs to me I didn't specify and you might be thinking this is all on one box. The firewall is an independent system isolating my private network from the Internet. I have been using port forwarding (iptables) to support LimeWire, as described in the first post. The client worked fine until I upgraded. |
