The method to configure this varies by router, check its documentation. To keep things simple use LimeWire's default port, 6667. Forward tcp/6667 and udp/6667 to your computer, leave the computer set to listen on 6667, and set the forced port to 6667.
You only need to use a different port if 6667 is already in use - for example, if you're already running LimeWire on another computer.
