OK. I opened LW, started downloading two tunes, stopped them, went to the incomplete folder and deleted them. I then quit (not closed, just want to make sure my terminology is clear).

LW quit fine with these two deleted files. However, when I went back to the Library to look at the incomplete folder, there was no downld.dat nor .bak files at all.

I then searched my computer for a 'incomplete folder' and found it in iTunes. The .dat and .bak files were there. I deleted them, rebooted LW and new files were generated.

(By the way, are the .dat & .bak files supposed to show up in LW's incomplete folder or just the actual folder itself in my iTunes folder?)

Maybe the test with only two tunes doesn't confuse LW. Later on I'll check it again with more incomplete files as has been my habit. Perhaps it's only the corrupted preferences as suggested; perhaps many files will continue to 'confuse' it.

Oh yeah, one other issue I noticed earlier this morning regarding the Quality/sharing bars at the bottom: LW would *stop* sharing, go back to 0, and then start sharing again. Have you ever seen that before?
