 I imagine there are lots of bad links since the forum has been having problems. Posting the link would help eliminate some guesswork. btw--the firewall icon (globe) will always show on startup, then go away once an incoming connection is detected. Also, try a different port, since I think 43739 is used for other purposes too, like listening for magnets, IIRC. when you say "I have a MAC OSX and a WRT54GS router hooked up to a Dell PC," did you mean "I have a MAC OSX and a Dell PC hooked up to a WRT54GS router?" I was a bit confused by that part.  |
