 I also found this about your ISP Seriously Internet: About Us They are an affiliate of BT Broadband who is known to have A fair use policy in place...Also it is advised to avoid using p2p during the peak period...  ::. Kitz - ISP Caps, FUPs and Prices .:: So this may well be your problem...
