I have a Mac G4 with OS 10.2.8 and using Limewire 2.7.9
Whenever I try to download a mp3 song,I get this error message - There has been an internal error running Limewire. However Limewire can recover from the error and should preform normally. To help us with debugging,please copy the following text and e-mail it to bugs@limewire.com

hi sisko89 Are you sure you're using LW version 2.7.9? That's a mighty old version. Version 2 is what I started with ... its behaviour is not really suited to the gnutella network anymore. Some if not many gnutella client programs 'may' be banning it when it attempts to download from them.
I would recommend updating to LW 4.8.1 or LW 4.12.15. Lime Wire » Download Out-Of-Date Installers

Also, delete your LW prefs folder whilst LW is CLOSED; Deleting LW Preferences folder in OSX

I should think after that your LW will behave a lot better.

BTY,it was LW 2.7.9 I've been using it for years with no problems until recently. I guess they make them to last.

Thanks Lord Of The Rings. I downloaded LW 4.8 and it works great. Huge,huge improvement over the older version. I've been playing with it for a week and truly enjoy it.
