Lord of the Rings has a distinguished reputation

Open the file in QuickTime player, then presss Command i __ ⌘ i & see what format it says. It may have a sub-format in brackets or something like that.

Strangely some of mine in iTunes say Mpeg-1. Have always been confused about that.
