![]() I'm using LimeWire client 2.6.3 on a G4 PowerBook, utilising OS 9.2.2 through an ethernet connection to the web. I have devoted 3000k memory to the LimeWire program itself, with system memory set to 400M - Virtual Memory on. I won't get into what useless extensions I've disabled. I've never had a single LimeWire crash or freeze-up regardless of the volume of downloads (five downloads, no queuing). I suspect I'm one of the fortunate ones. |
