Dead end? No LW?

So, we've reached an impasse here....the ONLY solution is to upgrade to 9.2?

Give me something to hope for---will anything else work?

And, I'm curious as to WHY it won't work on 9.1. There must be someone out there running the same system and LW, right?

Lots of questions...any answers would be terrific.
