lw isnt running on mac osx 10.3.9

hello i just downloaded limewire 4.10.9 onto my mac osx 10.3.9 and have done everything the help area has told me but still i am get the message that the application limewire has unexpectedly quit.
the system and other applications have not been affected.
would you to submit a bug report to apple?

now I went to the limewire site and read about the issues that osx 10.3.9 has with this program and went to the links and downloaded the upgrade for the java and still nothing can someone help me with this matter?
